Tuna & Ankimo Ochazuke | Dashi Broth, Monk Fish Liver, Rice & Tuna!
Today, I made another dish with left over ankimo from last video. I made ochazuke using them! Last video, I made a cold dish with it, so I wanted to make a hot dish with it this time. Charred ankimo paired very well in an ochazuke, and tuna just paired very well with it too :)

Today, I made a dish using seasonal spot prawns! I had the chance to source them very fresh so I really wanted to make a dish from it.     👎🏽 Your steak has zero crust. Ditch the onions or cut them smaller. Ditch the jalapeños. Also, add a small amount of butter towards the end and THEN you’ll have improved the recipe. Because this isn’t an improvement.

    1st recipe I made out of The Book. The marinade is the most wonderful smelling thing on earth. I make it now just so I can smell it after it is made and while they cook. My God these are delicious. That was a nice nob of butter mounted on that sauce at the end too.

      I sous vide the breast for 1.5 hours, fillet for 15 minutes, thigh for 1 hour!

      I sometimes use them to make roux when I make beef gravy, use for frying potatoes, ragu sauces, etc! Could be utilized in so many more ways as well hehe
